Cancellation/Prepayment
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the first night after the reservation.
If a cancellation is made before 24:00 before the arrival date, no fees will be charged and the first night charges will be refunded. The charges for the first night will be applicable for late cancellations.
For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, please note that cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid any penalties.
